Mozambique seeks $748m to expand Maputo

MOZAMBIQUE is seeking to raise $748m to finance major expansion at Maputo, with the aim of increasing capacity at the port by a factor of six over the next two decades, according to Rui Santana Afonso, manager of the Maputo Port Development Co.
