MAN’s materials declaration
MAN Diesel has created a materials declaration for its shipborne power systems to enable shipowners to comply with the ship recycling convention, writes Craig Eason.
The engine maker said that with the new ship recycling rules comes a requirement for the materials in the equipment to be listed.
