‘Put two economists together and you get three opinions,’ the old joke runs. The 25th International Ship Finance Conference saw the phenomenon at work on its opening morning. HSH Nordbank’s Cyrus de la Rubia predicts 0.5% growth in eurozone next year, and sees only 5% chance of Greece leaving the euro. But Jurgen Michels of Citigroup is calling a 0.7% fall, and assesses Grexit risk at 60%. Both men can’t be right.
