Chapman departs as UK Sosrep after four months at the helm
The UK Maritime and Coast Guard Agency confirmed that Les Chapman is no longer the UK's Secretary of State’s Representative for Maritime Salvage and Intervention. Mr Chapman's departure less than eight months after his appointment — and in quick succession to news of MCA chief executive Sir Alan Massey retiring — means that deputy Sosrep Stephan Hennig will take over until a permanent replacement is found
