Teck Resources eyes boost in coal exports following rail deal
Canadian mining company Teck Resources has signed a long-term agreement with the Canadian National Railway for the transport of metallurgical coal from mines in British Columbia to Neptune Terminals in the port of Vancouver
Improvements now under way at Neptune Terminals are expected to increase the capacity of the facility by nearly 50% to 18.5m metric tonnes from the current 12.5m metric tonnes per year
