What level of fatality would make ammonia more dangerous to human life than its potential for zero-carbon shipping would justify? Safety of human life comes before availability or infrastructure
Ammonia appears to be the dream fuel: it releases no carbon dioxide and can be a zero-emission fuel if produced from clean energy sources. But leakage into manned areas could be catastrophic
