With Panama’s fleet figures flatlining during the past few years and competitors rapidly gaining, Liberia is on a course to retake the crown as the world’s largest flag nearly 30 years after it lost the title. If the remarkable come back operation succeeds, Liberia will overtake Panama by the end of next year
