MARITIME communications start-up Blue Ocean Wireless has announced its first commercial customer in Cyprus-based Dobson Fleet Management. Dobson has contracted to evaluate the Blue Ocean service on five of its managed containerships ranging between 2,100 teu and 3,500 teu, writes Neville Smith.
