Court extends injunction against Djibouti in DP World dispute

The injunction will remain in place until the High Court makes a further order or there is a decision in arbitration tribunal at the London Court of International Arbitration. The ruling has also prohibited the government of Djibouti and PDSA from controlling DCT or giving valid instructions to third parties on behalf of DCT without DP World’s consent

The move comes after the president of Djibouti passed a decree on September 9 to transfer the majority shareholding in DCT to the state
