US trader Freepoint Commodities to start Singapore LSFO supply by fourth quarter

Trader claims to have already secured bookings for Asian clients for supply which will start arriving in the fourth quarter. Component stocks will be shipped in from the US and blended into VLSFO, which could initially be supplied from floating storage in Singapore

Freepoint Commodities has also tied up with Pertamina to upgrade its TBMM fuel terminal across the Singapore Strait into a trading hub which can blend VLSFO and supply the fuel to vessels in the neighbouring port
