Sovcomflot secures lease financing and long charter for Arctic 2 LNG carrier

In an all-Russian endeavour, the country's biggest shipping company has secured a lease financing deal and a long-term charter for the first ice-classed LNG carrier that will service the Arctic LNG 2 facility in the Russian Arctic. This vessel, expected in 2023, may be the first in a series.
