Driftwood LNG freed from legal tussle
Rival developers Cheniere Energy and Tellurian Energy were locked in a legal tussle that has come to a close with the former dismissing claims against senior founding executives of the latter. Tellurian is now free from legal encumbrances to press on with the sanctioning of the Driftwood LNG project that is scheduled to start up in 2023
