China allows trading companies to declare force majeure due to coronavirus
Trade agency will issue certificates to companies whose businesses have been hit by the outbreak. The acknowledgement that companies may not be able to fulfill contracts comes as the WHO declared a global health emergency
Insurance claims are also expected to rise as business and manufacturing disruptions increase
