Indonesia to halt LNG exports to Singapore in 2023
The gas will instead be diverted to the domestic market. The exports come from Indonesia’s Corridor Block and the move is in line with a new production sharing contract from 2023 which gives national oil company Pertamina a greater stake
The diversion of gas supply to domestic users will go to industrial estates in Sumatra, including the Sei Mangkei Special Economic Zone in North Sumatra
