Japan Inc pulls out of Australia’s first regasification project
JERA and Marubeni have sold out their equity interests in Port Kembla LNG to Australia-based Squadron Energy, which will fly solo for now to develop the project anchored on a leased FSRU. The Australian outfit says it remains committed to bringing the project online by late 2022
