Bulker owner Diana Shipping has maintained a steady approach to riding the cycles of the dry bulk market over the years and has cooled any suggestion of ploughing increased earnings into new purchases, growth being more appropriate during the lower part of the cycle. But it dropped hints in its second-quarter earnings call that selling older ships and restoring a dividend are more likely moves if the market remains fair
