She joined us in September 2023 after more than a decade of reporting experience, primarily as a commodities specialist, with stints at S&P Global Commodity Insights covering refined oil products, petrochemicals, and at Fastmarkets covering alloys and base metals. Prior to covering commodities, Karen was a business journalist, covering mergers and acquisitions at Mergermarket.
